BalloonPlot is a local-first application. Your engineering drawings are processed entirely on your own machine. We do not upload, store, or transmit your drawing files to our servers unless you explicitly use an AI feature that requires it (such as NVIDIA AI scanning). When AI features are used, image data is sent directly to the AI provider and is not stored by BalloonPlot.
Your account data is stored securely in an encrypted database. We use industry-standard security practices. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Our website uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use trusted third-party providers for payment processing and database hosting. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and do not have access to your drawing files.
