By creating an account or using BalloonPlot AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
BalloonPlot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not:
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to premium features will be restricted unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods.
Upon registration, a unique license key is issued to your account. This key activates the desktop application and is tied to your account. License keys are non-transferable and must not be shared.
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to BalloonPlot AI. Your engineering drawings and inspection data remain your property at all times. We do not claim any ownership over files you process using the Service.
BalloonPlot AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@balloonplot.com.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
